Hotbuys Calendar

Today, alongside the normal Holiday Calendar, Stardoll released a special Hotbuys Calendar. The first two items have been released, and they are the Hot Hot Buys Skirt, which is only 6sd and can be found in the Bonjour Bisou store, and the Hot Hot Buys Lantern, which is 8sd.

In real life, the skirt is designed by David Koma, and is part of his fall/winter 2011 collection. Does anyone know the real life version of the lantern? Really appreciated.

Evil Panda Braids, Re-re-released in Starplaza.

I was surprised to see that Stardoll has re-re-released these braids again. Last year, the orange one was available for free, and since then you were able to buy it in Starbazaar for cheap (I saw it multiple times for the cheap prices of 2-5sc). You can buy them now if you want, but I don't really think it's worth it.

Hotbuys Berets released in Starplaza

They're adorable, aren't they?

Each, they are both only 9sd, and can be found in the Rio shop, which I don't really think makes sense as, well, berets=France?

Free Animated Android Logo

Today, you should have recieved a free Android logo in your suite. It's not really amazing, but it's kind of cool as it's animated, so it does things like jump and move around a little bit.

Anyway, the only reason I am posting this, is because I wanted some of your ideas for what Stardoll can make now days. Like, do you like animated items like this? Do you think it would be cool for some beauty parlour animated items, etc?

I was just wondering. Maybe we could send some suggestions to Stardoll? :3

New colours & Highlighters. Nothing amazing.

Just a random idea, but if anyone who works at/for Stardoll is reading this, why not do like, sparkling hair colours (with shimmering/glittering effects). I would pay for that.

Makeup Looks (future tutorial?)

Mucking around in Starplaza is fun. I do it a lot. And I guess it's useful. 

Anyway, I have been randomly playing around with the makeup from Dot (my favourite makeup shop in Starplaza, despite the fact that, what, it's updated only once a year?).

*Will change the hair though. This isn't a final look.

 I made a nice look. I think i'll call it the kaleidoscope look. Do you like it? And also, does anyone else have any makeup looks they have made themselves? Tutorials, videos, or just random looks they made. If you want, comment a link to them below, and I will put them on the blog in a later post.

Hotbuys Suspended Tee Released in Starplaza

Look, i'm not even going to bother trying to work out what number this Hotbuys is. It's probably about the eighth Hotbuy released in Starplaza this month. I'm not sure, and i'm not going to bother trying to find out.

Anyway, Stardoll has released the Hotbuys Suspender Tee, one of my personal favourites from this months Hotbuys. It's only 15sd, and can be found in the Stardoll shop. I completely love the simplictiy of it, and would love to wear it in the future. In real life, it's designed by Dannijo. Here's a picture of the real life version.

I was just randomly visiting some friends suites, and I stopped by a girl called lexi_sugar. Her suite is so cute, and I just loved her outfit, so I thought I might post it for everyone to see.

Free Barbie Winter Coat

If you are from the UK, simply join this club. Coat will be in your suite.
If you are not from the UK, follow these instructions:
1.) Go to any UK proxy. I used militaryprox.info/, but you can try 2m4u.com/ OR unblocker.biz/ OR uhuf.com. Go to http://www.stardoll.com with the proxy, and log in.
2.) Copy and paste the link below into the proxy's URL box:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/clubs/home.php?id=3124180&action=ma&ac=3124180. Click go, or press enter. Wait until the page loads fully. You should have joined the club.
3.) Close the proxy. When you go back to your Stardoll suite as normal, the coat should be in a Barbie bag in your suite.

Hotbuys Dress Released in Starplaza.

Another Hotbuy has been released, the Hotbuys Dress (f*ck yeah creative name!). It's 17sd and can be found in the Bonjour Bisou store. It's quite nice, and I think I will buy it as soon as I buy some stardollars. Here's an outfit I made with it.

Free Beauty and the Beast Long Coat & Christmas Rose

If you are from the USA, you will get the long coat when you log in. Click here to get the rose.
If you are not from the USA, follow these instructions:
1.) Go to any US proxy, like webwarper.net/. In the last post I said the usual proxies weren't working, so you may like to try some of the less-used ones. For example, speedyaccess.info/ OR anonr.com/ OR proxoin.com/. Go to http://www.stardoll.com with the proxy, and log in.
2.) Copy and paste the link below into the proxy's URL bar:
www.stardoll.com/en/campaigns/batb/
3.) Once the page has loaded, close the proxy. Both the long coat and the christmas rose should be in your Stardoll suite.

If you are from the USA, you should already have them in your suite (you will get them by logging in).
If you aren't from the USA, follow these instructions:
1.) Go to a USA proxy. The one I used was webwarper.net, as the other one's don't seem to be working right now.
2.) Go to http://www.stardoll.com with the proxy. Log in.
3.) Once the page loads, close the proxy. Go back to your suite as normal, and the items should be in two VicTORIous bags in your suite.

Hotbuys Silver Heel Boots Released in Starplaza

The Hotbuys Silver Heel Boots have been released in Starplaza, and they are 12sd and can be found in the Fallen Angel shop.

 In real life, they are called Absinthe Metal Heel High Boots by Topshop. Sadly, they are made 1OO% of leather, which as both a buddhist and an environmentalist, is such a no-no, so I would never buy them.

Critter Store in Starplaza

Stardoll have released all of the items from the Critter shop back into Starplaza. Honestly, I never really found anything interesting with the Critter brand, as they are items that are mainly dedicated to girls around the age of 8-11, but I guess it's whatever rocks your boat.

Prices are mainly in starcoins. The most expensive item is the "Love Me" doll, at a price of 25sd.
