Go here and make a party. In order to get the necklace, it must be a private party!! When you have finished decorating the room, invite a couple of your friends who are online. Wait until at least one of them arrives, then you can leave the party. Necklace will be in your suite, though you may have to wait a while for it to arrive (it took over half an hour for mine to arrive).
