If you live in Germany, Log into Stardoll and do the quiz here.
If you don't live in Germany, follow these steps.
1.) Go to any German proxy like 4proxy.de OR rxproxy.xom/ OR kproxy.com
2.) Copy and paste the link below into the proxy URL/Web Address bar:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=1646
3.) Click go. When the page loads, log into Stardoll.
4.) Do the quiz by clicking the answer buttons. Then click the "Enter the Competition" button.
-When the page loads, you should see that it says you have successfully entered the competition -
5.) Close the proxy and go back to Stardoll as usual. They should be in your suite.
